Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Limitation of Liability
BRICOBILANDIA AMUSEMENT LLC

Our playroom has accident and civil liability insurance. Notwithstanding this, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she has been adequately informed of the following:

I) I acknowledge that I have been informed and understand that the use of Bricobilandia Amusement LLC facilities may pose risk and entail an inherent danger. I hereby declare under my sole responsibility as the User and/or guardian of the minor User that none of the aforementioned persons suffers from any illness, disability or medical condition that might prevent the proper use of Bricobilandia Amusement LLC facilities and/or I hereby authorise my child to use them.
2) I understand that in order to enjoy Bricobilandia Amusement LLC facilities it is mandatory to make proper use of them by following the general rules at all times, which I declare that I am aware of, and to follow the instructions given by the playroom’s staff.
3) By signing this document, I release Bricobilandia Amusement LLC, its legal representatives, administrators, employees and agents from liability on account of any personal injury or harm that the participant and/or guardian of the minor participant may come to suffer, as well as any material damage or damage to property, that is a consequence of my participation in the playroom and is due to my own fault or negligence.
4) In addition, I waive the right to take legal action against Bricobilandia Amusement LLC, its legal representatives, administrators, employees or agents, on account of any injury or material or personal damage that may be caused through my own fault or negligence during my stay at Bricobilandia Amusement LLC facilities.
5) The playroom has a suitable shoe rack where belongings may be left however it is unguarded and therefore Bricobilandia Amusement LLC cannot be held responsible for the custody or safekeeping of items belonging to participants taking part in its activities, who at all times should monitor and assume responsibility for them.
6) Image Rights: I understand that by signing this document my name and image, and the name and image of the person(s) on whose behalf, and as the responsible party, I sign this Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, may be used for the sole purpose of promoting the activity without consideration in return. The use of images or videos will be limited to activities strictly related to the activity and non-commercial, on the social network profiles belonging to the centre and the playroom or on other media. This express authorisation shall remain valid until revoked by supporting document.

I have read this document carefully. I fully understand and accept its contents and assume any risks arising from it.

Rules for visits to the family leisure center BRICOBILANDIA
1. Parents or authorized representatives of the child, as well as other persons intending to visit the BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center, are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Rules before visiting the Family Leisure Center. The presence of a child or other visitor in the BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center, as well as payment for the stay, confirm the fact that the parents of the child or his authorized representatives or the visitors themselves have familiarized themselves with these Rules, all the provisions of the Rules are clear to them and they accept the terms of visiting the Playroom.
2. BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center – a room located on the territory of a shopping or shopping and entertainment center, which includes the BRICOBILANDIA Playground, a dressing and waiting area and a reception area. BRICOBILANDIA playground – an area intended for the temporary stay of children and other persons, for a fee and in accordance with these Rules, bounded by walls, glass stained-glass windows, a reception area and a decorative fence.
3. The BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center is intended for children over 3 (three) years old.
4. For the purpose of a safe and comfortable stay of children, the presence of persons accompanying children on the BRICOBILANDIA playground is possible only if there is free space and at the discretion of the BRICOBILANDIA administrator.
5. Accompanying persons must be over 18 years of age. The person accompanying the child will not be charged.
6. Admission to the BRICOBILANDIA Playground is carried out only after paying for the visit according to the BRICOBILANDIA tariffs. All current BRICOBILANDIA rates are for one child. Payment for the use of the playground, the toys in it, are made immediately before the visit by the child or other person to the Family Leisure Center, in accordance with the established tariffs and in the manner prescribed by these Rules. The visitor is obliged to keep the receipt of payment until the end of his stay in the Game Room.
10. Payment in case of prolongation of the visit to the BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center is carried out according to the current tariffs. Additional payment of the difference between tariffs in case of a longer stay of the child in the playroom is not possible.
11. In case of delay of the child in the BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center in excess of the paid time, payment for his stay is carried out according to the “Extra Time” tariff.
12. After the child enters the BRICOBILANDIA playground, a refund of the amount of money paid earlier is not possible.
13. Subscriptions and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
15. Partially used Subscriptions are non-refundable.
17. Gift certificates in the amount of 100 or 200 rubles cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. You can pay for the visit with such gift certificates only if you choose a rate of 1 hour or more. No more than one gift certificate is accepted for one payment.
18. Subscription “Unlimited for a month” is valid strictly for 1 (one) calendar month and only for one child. A visit to a child on such a subscription is carried out only upon presentation of an identity document of the child.
19. The BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center has round-the-clock video surveillance and online broadcasting from CCTV cameras on the website http://www.bricobilandia.ru. While on the BRICOBILANDIA playground, visitors agree to round-the-clock video filming, recording from CCTV cameras, as well as open online broadcasting to the Internet.
20. Children and other persons, being in the BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center, have the right to use the allocated territory, toys, equipment and other property in it.
21. All visitors to the Family Leisure Center must wear clean clothes and socks.
22. The BRICOBILANDIA Administration can use photos and videos taken at the Family Leisure Center at its discretion, including posting on the Internet, without additional notification and obtaining consent from those present at BRICOBILANDIA.
23. Parents or authorized representatives of the child are obliged to independently monitor the child, his actions and behavior during his stay in the entire territory of BRICOBILANDIA. Parents or authorized representatives of the child have the right to be in the territory of BRICOBILANDIA in order to exercise control. Parents or authorized representatives who leave a child in BRICOBILANDIAA without their direct supervision are solely responsible for the possible consequences.
24. The BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center is not responsible for the consequences of the actions of children in the playroom or other visitors.
25. The BRICOBILANDIA Family Leisure Center is not responsible for harm caused to the health or things of the child as a result of violation of these Rules, as well as for accidental incidents (falls, scratches, extra)
